Half of all patients forget or skip their medication. Each year, this leads to over 200,000 deaths in Europe and €125 billion in avoidable healthcare costs. According to the World Health Organization, adherence depends on five dimensions:
The patient’s social and economic situation, the healthcare system, the treatment, the illness, and the individual’s behaviour. Therefore, to solve medication non-adherence, a solution should look beyond the patient.
Most people don’t forget because of a lack of discipline, but because the system around them is not supportive enough.

A seamless connection between dispenser, app, and data to provide a complete ecosystem where medication adherence is the norm, not the exception.
The PADDY is a smart dispenser that reminds patients with light or sound. It fits right in your pocket or purse and can easily be refilled!
Connects to multiple PADDY dispensers and tracks intake behaviour, shows progress, and gives information on the medication in an understandable manner. Not only that, when something goes wrong patients can answer short, empathetic questions, creating a feedback loop that helps care teams understand real-life challenges.
Each month, healthcare professionals receive clear summaries of adherence patterns and patient-reported reasons for missed doses to improve consultations and personalise care.

Peace of mind, not pressure.
The PADDY helps you take your medication exactly when you need it, without stress or guilt.
